I ordered two 12mg Juicehead nicotine pouches, but they sent me the wrong milligram. I reached out to customer service with photo proof showing the package I received and a receipt that clearly didn’t match what I ordered. Despite this, they refused to offer a refund or even a discount code for the inconvenience.

Their response was dismissive and unhelpful. Absolutely horrible customer service. I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough to speak up. If I could give zero stars, I would — but I’ll be kind and leave them the one star they earned. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

I want to be constructive and not just trash. Juiceheads, y’all need to seriously evaluate these pouches. I was only able to leave the pouch in for about 15 seconds before I had to get it out. It tastes like chemicals. There is a very subtle flavor but it is hugely overpowered by chemicals, and, now ten minutes later, it still tastes like it. Now I’m out $5 for one pouch.

Flavor isnt bold enough

These taste really good and I used them on a plane . you can swallow it unlike gross dip back in the day. had no problem going through the airport screening. Shipping was slow though. Also they have this top cover that comes off that you can put your used one in until you find a rubbish barrel

The flavor is strong and smells good but doesn't lastl long. The wax paper gives it a medicine taste thar makes it unbearable to keep in your mouth. Not satisfied at all
