I reached out to customer service with photo proof showing the package I received and a receipt that clearly didn’t match what I ordered. Despite this, they refused to offer a refund or even a discount code for the inconvenience.

Their response was dismissive and unhelpful. Absolutely horrible customer service. I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough to speak up. If I could give zero stars, I would — but I’ll be kind and leave them the one star they earned. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

I want to be constructive and not just trash. Juiceheads, y’all need to seriously evaluate these pouches. I was only able to leave the pouch in for about 15 seconds before I had to get it out. It tastes like chemicals. There is a very subtle flavor but it is hugely overpowered by chemicals, and, now ten minutes later, it still tastes like it. Now I’m out $5 for one pouch.
